If you are using AVG Anti -Virus on a computer not connected to the Internet ,you have to update AVG to keep your system secure from viruses.For that you have to download virus definitions from AVG and update your AVG virus database.

There is a confusion which file virus definition file to download from AVG .These virus definition files have extension bin.

1. Go to AVG update download page .

2. There are AVI and IAVI files will appear in the download page.



3.select IAVI file, download it and carry that file in USB drive, copy to your hard drive double click it to update your AVG.
